Charging station for Rode Wireless Go - Microphone

  • I use the Rode Wireless Go microphone to achieve good audio quality in my videos. However, charging it after filming is always a bit of a hassle! You have to find two USB-C cables, fumble with plugging them into the outlet, and then connect them to the microphone. It's just super annoying... So I came up with this charging station!

  • Materials:

    First Prototype: Cardboard and DuckTape

    Second Prototype: 3D Printed PLA

    Final Version: 3D Printed PLA

MagSafe Car-Mount

  • Since november 2022 I am using a new phone… So it came out that I can’t use my old CarMount for my new IPhone. Instead of buying a mount, that is way to expensive I decided to design and make my own CarMount.

By using the MagSafe Charger I was able to use the magnetic and charging feature at the same time.

So I designed a housing and fixture for that charger in a CAD-Program and 3D-Printed it in black PLA.

Check you the Video down below to see how I created it.
