Make it stand out.
It all began with the trailer of my “Varion Hollow” guitar build. I loved setting objects in scene and creating a certain feeling with the viewer. Here you will find some of my best commercial and spec ads.
It all started with the desire to have my own Ad.
-
The setting you see on the left was for the mid-close shots of the body. I moved the camera closer to the guitar to get these close-up detail shots. Using the camera in one hand and the LED lights in the other, to get some highlight moving over the guitar.

Imagevideo for a local caterer.

The caterer wanted to make a short process/image video of making a pizza. So I made a storyboard and discussed the shots and movements they had to do with the caterer team.

I just saw this product of my favorite cider brewery and had to do a spec-ad. So I watched some Drink commercials to get some inspiration for some shots. And this is what I came up with. I send the final product to the brewery and they actually wanted to use it on the “Wacken-Festival” and their Social-Media.

A Spec-Ad for a camera equipment brand

As I have various screws and mounts with different screw types I bought this camera multitool to optimize my workflow. So I used a motorized slider and lazy susan. This way I was able to get the same macro shots everytime.

Commercial for a watch brand.

I just love this watch so much that I had to make a commercial about it. I thought about watch commercials I knew and tried to recreate these shots. I also wanted to feature the glow in the dark watch dial but due to the low light intensity that these fluorescent pieces emit, I recreated the look of the dial in AfterEffects and made them light up this way. And at last I wanted to feature the water proof aspect of the camera. I used the motorized lazy susan to pull the watch out of a small water bath. I paird the shot with the movement of the slider and a probelens to get these really close shots of the watch.
